2) AIESEC Hong Kong Gala Dinner on June 22, 2015
HEY AIESEC!
It is our greatest pleasure to have continued ties with all of AIESEC alumni again. Thank you for your support and engagements with AIESEC over the years and it is our honour to invite all of you to join our AIESEC in Hong Kong 48th Gala Dinner to celebrate its 48 years of success.
The Gala Dinner will be an occasion for all partners, advisors, alumni, students and AIESECers to gather and celebrate the achievements made in the past filled with our joyful memories.
The theme of this year’s Gala Dinner is “This City – AIESEC and Hong Kong”, not only to mark the end of session 2014-2015, but also to draw connections between AIESEC and Hong Kong and showcasing societal relevance from our different stakeholders. Further, we are proud to introduce you our incoming session of 2015-2016 in the occasion.

3) International Start Ups Meeting (ISUM) 2015 in Manila, The Philippines from July 10 to 11, 2015
ISUM (International Start Ups Meeting) is a perfect space for bringing entrepreneurs, investors and professionals together to create new global businesses.
Pitch sessions and startup challenge
If you are ready to pitch in front of a jury of advisors and investors, ISUM will be your opportunity to test and receive immediate feedback. Generally structured as a 5 minute pitch and 10 minutes of questions & answers, each ISUM includes local best practices.
Workshops and panel discussions
You will learn how to sort through new ideas from fellow entrepreneurs, market to target customers, write an effective business plan, build and manage your team, create partnership agreements, and raise funds with business angels and/or VCs.
Exchange of experience among an international mix of startup founders
There will be several opportunities to meet entrepreneurs and investors throughout the session. Sharing ideas, successes and challenges may identify an idea that was successful in one country, and may be successful in your own country.
ISUM gives priority for registration to AIESECers and AIESEC alumni entrepreneurs but it is an open meeting: local entrepreneurs who are not AIESECers could bring attention to their startup as well, notably if they want their startup to grow internationally.

4) AIESEC Alumni International Meeting 2015 in Gurgaon, India from August 27 to 29, 2015
AIESEC Alumni come together for global reunions one or two times per year,
often in combination with global or regional AIESEC leadership
conferences, to leverage OC teams and interact with current AIESEC
leaders. The next AIESEC Alumni International Meeting (AAIM) will be held in Gurgaon, India, August 27-29, 2015,
in conjunction with AIESEC’s International Congress (IC). If you haven’t
been to an IC in many years, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to
experience a great alumni event along with the powerful energy of 800

5) AAAHK as a supporting organization for Global Youth Entrepreneurs Forum from August 3-4, 2015
AIESEC
Alumni Association of Hong Kong (AAAHK) will be one of the supporting
organizations of Global Youth Entrepreneurs Forum 2015. Global Youth Entrepreneurs Forum 2015 is the new initiative of The Hong
Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) which is expected to attract
400 worldwide youth to meet together
in Hong Kong, get inspired by the successful stories of entrepreneurs
from different parts of the world. Participants would not only gain the
practical tips on idea generation, finding capital, partnership,
marketing strategies, etc. in starting their business, but also joining a
unique network of worldwide young entrepreneurs.

Target : Entrepreneurs / those with a business idea and below 45 years old from any parts of the world

6) AAAHK as a supporting organization for Social Enterprise Summit from November 1-2, 2015
AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong is one of the supporting organization of Social Enterprise Summit 2015 from November 1 to 2, 2015.
The Summit is a non-profit activity organized by The Hong Kong Policy Research Foundation Ltd. (HKPRF) and Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum Limited (HKSEF), charitable organizations in conjunction with Hong Kong SAR Government Home Affairs Bureau and Efficiency Unit of Hong Kong SAR Government and 13 civic groups in Hong Kong. As annual event since 2008, the Summit had been very well attended with about 1,200 participants from Mainland China, Taiwan, Macao, Singapore, Thailand and other countries in the past four years. The event continued to ‘convert the unconvertible’ and successfully aroused attention from various sectors in the region.
The tentative theme of 2015 Summit is “Reframing+” and will mainly be in the form of a 2-day symposium plus workshops, visitations and other events. Following the successful experiences since 2008, the organizers would like to enhance community engagement to social innovation and continue to give emphasis on the importance of cross sector partnership. This year, the summit would focus on further enhancing participation of government officials in the region in developing social enterprises. The organizer believes that the Summit will be another invaluable opportunity to bring together social enterprises, government officials, business leaders, NGOs, academics, students and interested individuals from this region to discuss social entrepreneurship.
