2) Election General Meeting for AAAHK on November 13, 2015

Election General Meeting (EGM) of AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong Limited (AAAHK) will be held on November 13, 2015 (Friday) from 8:00pm - 8:55pm at Lingnan Club, 12/F -13/F., On Lok Yuen Building, 25 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong（中環德輔道中25號安樂園大廈12-13樓「嶺南會所」）.

All Members either Life or Ordinary types are eligible to form the quorum. Member means any person admitted to membership of the Association by virtue of the provisions of the Articles and whose name is on the Register of Members for the time being. 3) AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific

AIESEC Alumni Association of Asia Pacific (AAAP) is officially announced that:

Ivan Chiu, who is the Chairman of AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong for the session 2014-15 will be the President of AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific for the new session from 2016. 

Herbert, Chau, who is the AIESEC alumni from Lingnan will the Secretary Generral of AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific for the new session from 2016.

4) AAAHK as a supporting organization for Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge 2015

AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong (AAAHK) will be one of the supporting organizations of Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge 2015.  Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (HKSEC), a social venture business plan competition organized by the Center for Entrepreneurship of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, has been at the frontier in educating students and the general public about social enterprises in Hong Kong.  For more information regarding the competition and registration, please feel free to visit http://hksec.hk/or http://www.facebook.com/hksec.   We strongly encourage all AIESEC young alumni or students to participate into the competition to gain more experience and knowledge on Social Enterprise.

AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong is one of the supporting organization of Social Enterprise Summit 2015 from November 1 to 2, 2015.

The Summit is a non-profit activity organized by The Hong Kong Policy Research Foundation Ltd. (HKPRF) and Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum Limited (HKSEF), charitable organizations in conjunction with Hong Kong SAR Government Home Affairs Bureau and Efficiency Unit of Hong Kong SAR Government and 13 civic groups in Hong Kong. As annual event since 2008, the Summit had been very well attended with about 1,200 participants from Mainland China, Taiwan, Macao, Singapore, Thailand and other countries in the past four years. The event continued to ‘convert the unconvertible’ and successfully aroused attention from various sectors in the region.

The theme of 2015 Summit is “Reframing+” and will mainly be in the form of a 2-day symposium plus workshops, visitations and other events. Following the successful experiences since 2008, the organizers would like to enhance community engagement to social innovation and continue to give emphasis on the importance of cross sector partnership. This year, the summit would focus on further enhancing participation of government officials in the region in developing social enterprises. The organizer believes that the Summit will be another invaluable opportunity to bring together social enterprises, government officials, business leaders, NGOs, academics, students and interested individuals from this region to discuss social entrepreneurship.
