On behalf of the AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong (AAAHK), I am delighted to announce and invite you to attend our 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 20, 2011 (Sunday) from 4:00pm - 5:30pm at TU101 of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The election of council members of AAAHK for the session 2012 - 2014 will be taken during the AGM.
All Members either Life or Ordinary types are eligible to form the quorum and vote for the proposed council members of AAAHK for the session 2012 - 2014. Member means any person admitted to membership of the Association by virtue of the provisions of the Articles and whose name is on the Register of Members for the time being.
