AIESEC Friday is the regular social gathering event which is planned to launch on every 2nd Friday of each month organized by AIESEC Alumni Association of HK (AAAHK). The purpose of this gathering is to provide an opportunity for every AIESEC Alumni to gather with other AIESEC friends or alumni regularly under a casual environment.  All AAAHK members / AIESEC alumni / AIESEC student members / AIESEC trainees are welcome to join.

3) New Territories Walk - By Community Chest on February 19, 2012

 

As AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong (AAAHK) will involve in the New Terrirtories Walk organized by The Community Chest on February 19, 2012, we sincerely encourage all AIESEC alumni and AIESEC student members, interns etc. to participate into this charity walk and help contributing to the society which is specifically for providing appropriate caring and supportive services⋯⋯ to “Children and Youth”.

Venue: From Pak Shek Kok Promenade (near Science Park) to Tai Po Waterfront Park(The total distance is 5.5 km and it takes around 2 hours to complete)
(白石角海濱長廊步行至大埔海濱公園為終點； 路線全程長約5.5公里；步畢全程約需2小時)

(2) Download our New Territories Walk Sponsor Form at http://www.commchest.org/filemanager/uploadfiles/events/wknt1112/SponsorForm.pdf and write AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong Limited as the Team Name.  if you want to make any contributions to the event (no limit on the sponsor amount)

(3) Start solicit donations from your friends, relatives and colleagues.

On the day of Feb 19, 2012

(1) Bring your FORM and COLLECTED DONATION to the Charity Walk venue

(2) Gathering at the place of "Golden Egg" inside Science Park at 8:30am on time (see the link http://www.commchest.org/en/how/how_01_01_01_01.aspx?DocumentId=136 regarding the gathering place for your reference)

(3) Call Ivan Chiu at 97222120 if you cannot find the gathering venue

(4) Bring a bottle of water, umbrella, jacket, etc. necessary for yourself;

(5) We shall have lunch gathering together in Tai Po.
