Excellence in Report Writing (1 day)
This course will provide expert witnesses with the key skills to produce court compliant expert witness reports, quickly and consistently, that will stand up to scrutiny in cross-examination.

Courtroom Skills – Giving Evidence (1 day)
This course will provide expert witnesses with the core skills necessary to enable them to present clear, confident and effective evidence, under cross-examination, in both courts and other legal forums.

Background
Paul is a Solicitor Advocate, qualified to practise in England and Wales, and a litigation specialist who practices as consultant solicitor with Carringtons Solicitors. Paul has over twenty years’ experience in both Civil and Criminal Litigation.
Paul’s practice on the civil side includes: contractual and tortious disputes, tax construction, employment, civil fraud, insolvency, media including IP and defamation matters.
He is often to be seen in the media (television: BBC, ITN, Sky News, radio: BBC 5live, Sussex & Surrey, and in the press) when he is called on to comment on legal stories in the news. Paul has previously taught A-Level Law part time for 5 years.
Training Experience
Paul is a professionally trained trainer, and has been a training consultant for Bond Solon since 2009.
Paul has extensive experience in delivering expert witness training courses, both within the UK and worldwide, for experts across a range of different professions. The courses Paul delivers for experts are Excellence in Report Writing, Courtroom Skills and Cross Examination Day, for which he receives consistently excellent feedback.
Paul also delivers re-active training sessions for both professional and expert witnesses who are due to give evidence, in various legal forums including: High Court, Arbitrations, Tax Tribunals, Employment Tribunals, Criminal Courts, Public Inquiries, Coroner’s Court, Competition Appeal Tribunals and Adjudications.
