Ring out theWinter Ring In Spring

Despite all the pundits talking about the gloom and doom scenario, the American Dream of owning a new home is still kicking,alive and flourishing! Only the dynamics have changed. Americans are being more practical and sensible. In fact they are downsizing and moving into average 2-3 bed room energy efficient nature friendly homes. Thus this is indeed a healthy sign of saving from extravagant life style and saving mother earth in default. Not that the luxury homes have gone away, but the upper middle class is leery of wastefulness which is a very good sign for the over all investment in future housing market.

Recent Highlights

When you r'e driving by the VKC Subdivision, sometimes you notice folks working around, clearing brushes, pathways, getting ready to put up a Sign Board/Marker and assessing an access Gate. In life some people really work hard to make things happen so lot others can enjoy this is true about a Project like this and we all are faced with choice either become on lookers Fence Sitters or jump into the moving bandwagon-VKC juggernaut. All are welcome to play their part sooner or later!! Any activity is good for us any negativity and rejection to be gracefully ignored. Spring time brings back vigor and vitality. Let us take a resolve and follow up everybody!!

Up-to-date news for Members:

It has come to knowledge that Gitanjali Radio's gracious host Ms.Shoba Joshi's father recently passed away in Florida and we express our condolences to her and her family at this time. We appreciate her generosity in announcing our featured VKC project in the weekend community broadcast on Saturdays between 3-3:30 pm.

Mr Vinod Patel, project spokes person and his wife are back in town to once again help guide all of us and the prospective home buyers with renewed vigor and full energy as Spring time is here!!
