“圓者規體，其勢也自轉，方者矩形，其勢也自安。”《圓 ‧ 規》—— 徐晨陽油畫作品展在天趣當代藝術館於10月5日隆重開幕，包括《記憶流星》和《影》系列等重要作品與香港觀眾正式見面了。

此次展覽的策展人韓祺，哲學家、美學家、北大藝術學院副院長彭鋒教授，中大藝術系副教授周晋，美國克林信大學經濟系徐家健教授及藝術家徐晨陽親臨現場，與觀眾們一道欣賞藝術作品的同時，深入淺出地探討關於藝術、美學及哲學等話題。受到日本留學時期經歷的影響，徐晨陽不盲從西方油畫技法，形成了別具一格的現代東方繪畫風格，加上其獨特的生命觀，令人印象深刻、回味雋永，在他的親自解讀下，不但引發現場觀眾的興趣，更是被專家學者們所肯定其成熟的藝術語言。

正值天趣國際藝術文化傳播有限公司成立十週年之際，總裁張朱宇博士對於天趣再次推出徐晨陽個展表示由衷地祝賀，徐晨陽的作品得到海內外藏家的一致讚譽，也令天趣更有信心將他的全新創作帶給大眾。天趣將繼續在推廣藝術、發掘精品的路上不負使命,砥砺前行。

展覽時間即日至10月31日，免費入場參觀。
 

Art of Nature International  – 《Circle · Rules》Grand Opened at Art of Nature Contemporary Gallery

“Circular and angular shapes develop in their own ways.” The Xu Chenyang’s solo oil painting exhibition Circle ‧ Rules grand opened at Art of Nature Contemporary Gallery on October 5th, showing his crucial series “Memory Meteor” and “Shadow”.

Ms. Han Qi, the curator of this exhibition, Professor Peng Feng, the philosopher, aesthetician and vice president of The School of Arts, Peking University, Mr. Zhou Jin, Associated Professor in the Department of Fine Arts, CUHK, Mr. Kevin Tsui, Professor of Economics from Clemson University and the artist Mr. Xu Chenyang all presented in opening and spoke on the seminar about art, aesthetics and philosophy. Xu’s experience in studying in Japan has a deep influence in his work. He created unique modern oriental painting style instead of following Western oil painting techniques. His artworks are memorable and meaningful. With Xu’s personal interpretation during the seminar, the audience was inspired and art experts also spoke highly of his mature artistic language.

It is also the 10th anniversary of Art of Nature Int’l Co. Limited, President Dr. Cissy Cheung expressed her congratulations to Xu Chenyang, who has held his solo exhibition for the second time at Art of Nature. Xu’s artworks have won unanimous praise from domestic and overseas collectors, which boost Art of Nature confidence to bring his brand new series to art lovers. We are devoted to promote arts and present fine artworks to the public.

The exhibition will continue to October 31st, please come and explore Xu Chenyang’s inner world through his oil paintings.
