To facilitate more distinguished artists from Fujian, Taiwan and Hong Kong for a demonstration of their ingenious creativity and a promotion of "Better Art, Better Life" ideal, Miss. Cissy Cheung has made a historical attempt in establishing the first-ever international art saloon in Fuzhou, which is her hometown in Fujian Province. This international art saloon permanently locates in MSC Building at Fuzhou Tongpan Software Park.
