Reasonable NoClone Author's Roundup - June

We received bug reports, questions and comments from users and customers, we'd like to sum up in the newsletter every month. After review of emails and forum posts in last 30 days, here is the roundup.

Tip: Home network
Question: I have interest in your product.  I am running a home network using a network storage box.  The demo copy will not allow me to access via the network.  How do I get around this.  I can't afford the commericial version.

Answer: NoClone 4.0 Home allows you to add at most 3 network paths/UNC paths, so you don't have to buy NoClone 4.0 Enterprise edition in order to scan over network. Editions in v4.0 is different to v3.x, see FAQ for v3.x users: http://noclone.net/faq3.asp.

Bug report and work-around - Database connectivity issue:

We have received reports on these errors on some machines, we are working to dig out solution.

Error message 1: Database error! Please try to re-install NoClone! Could not load file or assembly System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll or on of its dependencies

Error message 2: database connection error Please try tio restart NoClone

Error message 3: System.NullReferenceException - Object reference not set to an instance of an object at NoClone.SearchDB.DBisAvailability()

Work around:
1. Remove folder at C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\Reasonable Software\NoClone 4.0\4.0.46 (Windows XP)
Or E:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming\Reasonable Software\NoClone 4.0\4.0.46 (Vista)

2. Restart NoClone
