Temporary Suspension of Email and Telephone Services and Arrangement
Due to relocation of VTRON's server, email and mainland telephone services will be suspended during 1-3 October 2013. Email sent during this period will not be kept in VTRON’s email server. Operation will be resumed as normal on 4 October 2013.
For the technical support during 1-3 October, business partners can send the emails to Hong Kong Technical Support Center to vtron.hk@gmail.com or call us at +852-2613-9708. Our Hong Kong Technical Support Center will be off for public holiday on 1 October only.
