Courses focus on conversation and vocabularies used in daily life and a business or work context.  The EC Mandarin / Cantonese courses will help you socialise successfully with the local community, your Chinese colleagues and clients, and help you get around more easily in China. 
 
* All levels catered for (up to 40+ in-centre groups) 
* Monthly new beginner groups
* Small group size of 3-6 students only 
* Qualified & experienced native teachers (not part-time housewives or school students)
* Our own 4000+ sq. ft. learning centre with library (not rented space in a business centre)

Intensive Mandarin Groups 
 
Our intensive program allows students to progess faster with the same level of students.  The course aims to improve students' langauge skills within a short period of time and help them be adept at using Chinese in social situations.  The program is temporarily open for complete beginners only. 
 
Two class options to fit your needs: 
 
Option 1:  3-month Intensive Group 
* 96 hours package 
* 2 weekday evenings + 1 weekend morning 
 
Option 2:  4-week Intensive Group  (Summer Group) 
* 48 hours package  
* Mon-Thu (morning time)

Total Mandarin Immersion (Private one on one format)
 
The Total Mandarin Immersion program is a private tuition format designed to improve students' language skills within a short period of time and help them be adept at using Chinese in social and business situations.  It's suitable for students who hope to do business in China and have a strong desire for mastering the Chinese language quickly.

* Personal study plan 
* Appointed course consultant and a small teaching group to monitor your learning progress

EC Chinese Culture Workshops
 
Cross-cultural communication strengthens our global community.  Whatever your level of familiarity with Chinese language or culture, we will support your interest and help you maintain a life-long engagement with China.  To be successful in China, one must understand its people and how they do business.  Our Chinese business culture workshops address these complex issues and intercultural dynamincs in the workplace and are perfect for expatriate students.  Teachers use vivid case-based examples to demonstrate and establish a deeper and better understanding of Chinese business culture.
