DEKRA新建的最先进上海化学实验室在近日通过CNAS（中国合格评定国家认可委员会）认证，这一认证的通过标志着DEKRA能够满足出口行业的全方位需求，DEKRA的综合实力又一次得到了认可。
CNAS是负责认证机构，实验室和检测机构认证的中国国家权威机构，也是ILAS（国际实验室认证组织）的会员之一。
今年早些时候，DEKRA化学实验室通过了CMA（中国计量认证机构）和CMAF（中国食品实验室计量认证机构）的相关认证，DEKRA的认证服务得到了国家级认可。
上海化学实验室的测试范围包括电子电器产品和零部件的化学测试，食品接触材料测试和玩具及轻工业产品的测试认证工作。
DEKRA上海化学实验室的成立使DEKRA可以开始在上海本地提供以下检测服务：
RoHS, REACH SVHC, REACH Annex XVII, 包装指令，电池重金属分析,无卤素测试（F,CL,Br），PAHs(F, Cl,Br), PAHs(多环芳烃)，增塑剂，阻燃剂（短链氯化石蜡），PVC（聚氯乙烯），重金属成分等等。
食品接触材料—可依据欧盟、德国、法国、美国、意大利、瑞士、中国等各国标准，对塑料、玻璃、不锈钢等材料进行全迁移、单体和添加剂的特定迁移和重金属迁移的专业测试。
DEKRA上海化学实验室的玩具测试业务也是极具竞争力的一部分，可根据EN 71 part 3：2013和GB 6675: 2014标准进行可溶性重金属分析，根据REACH Annex XVII的要求开展限用物质测试。
DEKRA 上海化学实验室配备了和德国斯图加特化学测试中心同等先进的测试设备，所采用的系统和流程也完全与DEKRA德国实验室保持一致。上海化学实验室已成为了DEKRA化学实验室欧洲和大中华区网络中必不可少的一部分。
DEKRA newly established state-of-the-art chemical laboratory in Shanghai has just received CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) accreditation reconfirming its comprehensive capability to serve export industry across a wide range of test parameters and product categories.
CNAS is the national accreditation body of China responsible for accreditation of certification bodies, laboratories and inspection bodies and a member of ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).
Earlier this year the chemical laboratory received CMA (China Metrology Accreditation) and CMAf (China Metrology Accreditation for Food Testing Laboratories) accreditations resulting in full and comprehensive accreditation scope.
The focus of the Shanghai laboratory is chemical testing of electrical and electronic products and components, food contact material testing, as well as testing of toys and hardlines.
More specifically the following services can now all be provided locally in Shanghai:
- RoHS, REACH SVHC, REACH Annex XVII, packaging directive, battery directive, Halogen Free (F,Cl,Br), PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons), Phthalate -Plasticizers, Flame Retardant SCCPs (Short Chain Chlorinated Paraffins), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), Heavy metal content etc.
- Food Contact Material including over-all migration, Specific Migration of monomers and additives and Specific Migration of heavy metal for plastic, glass, stainless steel and other kind of materials according to requirements of EU, German-LFGB, French-DGCCRF , American-FDA, Italy, Switzerland, China etc.
- Toys testing of soluble heavy metals based on EN 71 part 3: 2013, GB 6675: 2014 and of Substance of Restriction according to REACH Annex XVII
The laboratory is equipped with most-advanced testing machines identical as those used in DEKRA Chemical Competence Center in Stuttgart. The systems and processes used in the Shanghai laboratory are also fully aligned with those used in DEKRA Laboratories in Germany. The Shanghai chemical laboratory now forms an integral part of network DEKRA Chemical Laboratories in Europe and Greater China.
