(WS. 90 Points, WM. 95 Points)

  3+ bottles - HKD188/b
  6+ bottles - HKD168/b

WM Tasting Note:
A sleeper of the vintage, and probably the finest 1997 cru bourgeois,
Lamorere 1997 exhibits a dense purple color as well as a sweet nose of black fruits

complemented by toasty oak and loamy soil scents. Textured, layered, and rich,
with low acidity and an excellent ripe finish, it can be drunk now to 2015. Bravo!

2. Domaine de Larrivet (Pessac Leognan) 2001
(WM. 93+ Points, WS. 90 Points)

  3+ bottles - HKD188/b
  6+ bottles - HKD
168/b

WM Tasting Note:

2001 is a classic Bordeaux vintage, which can reserve excellent surprises for great wines.
A tasting of the Domaine Larrivet, this wine was unanimous among our oenologists: he wears
a beautiful dark purple color, nose cool on thin smoky. On the palate, the attack is sweet and delicious
that evolves with notes of red fruit (raspberry), we also noted a nice freshness and a nice finish smoke.
It is an elegant wine that can be appreciated from this year but bear another 2 to 6 years in the cellar.
We advise you to pitcher two hours before serving. You'll like even more of this area Larrivet 2001 during
a fine meal around, why not a beautiful piece of butcher accompanied porcini season. Drink Now to 2016.

3. Chateau La Pirouette (Medoc) CB 2004
(WS. 90 Points, WM. 94 Points)

  3+ bottles - HKD169/b
  6+ bottles - HKD
149/b

WM Tasting Note:

An impressive effort, this 2004 Medoc exhibits a dense ruby/purple color in addition to
aromas of blueberries, blackberries, white flowers, and subtle new oak. A creamy texture,
a fleshy, middie-bodied palate, and surprising purity as well as intensity suggest this beauty
should drink well for a decade. It is almost New World-ish in its brilliant, flamboyant fruit display.
Drink Now to 2016.

4. Chateau Pont de Pierre (Lassac Saint Emilion) 2005
(WM. 94 Points, Dec. 4 Stars)

  3+ bottles - HKD188/b
  6+ bottles - HKD
168/b

WM Tasting Note:

A sexy sleeper of the vintage from Lussac St.-Emilion, the 2005 Pont de Pierre boasts a dense
ruby/purple color as well as aromas of charcoal, espresso roast, sweet currants and cherries,
and a touch of incense. A broad, endearing, seductive mouthfeel, medium to full body,
and no hard edges suggest it can be enjoyed now to 2018.

5. Chateau Teussier Pezat 2009 - R.Parker: 91pts, WM. 93+pts (Special HKD149/b)

R.Parker Tasting Note:
An impressive project of Jonathan Maltus (proprietor of Chateau Teyssier, Le Dome and other
chateaux in St.-Emilion), this blend of 85% Merlot and the rest Cabernet France is a sleeper of the vintage.
Priced realistically, the wine displays an opaque ruby/purple color and beautiful cassis fruit intermixed with kirsch,
licorice and a hint of underbrush. It is dense, medium to full-bodied, very silky-textured, mouth-filling and
enormously satisfying. This sleeper is best drunk over the next several years. Bravo!!  (Drink Now to 2016).

6. Chateau La Gravette Lacombe CB 2009 - RP. 90pts, WM.94pts (Special HKD220/b)
The Vignerons Independants 2011 - Gold Medal,
Concours General Agricole Paris 2011 - Silve Medal,
Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2011 - Silver Medal,
Concours de Bordeaux Vins d'Aquitaine 2011 -
Silver Medal

R.Parker (NM) Tasting Note:
The La Gravette Lacombe has a well-defined bouquet that just needs more vigour.
The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, good depth and structure with very fine weight and
persistency towards the finish. This is very fine and should age well. Tasted September 2011.

7. Chateau Bauvallon 2009 - WM. 95pts, (Special price: HKD129/b, Case Price: HKD108/b)
Gold Medal Concours de Bordeaux 2010,
Gold Medal Concours des Grands Vins de France 2010

WM Tasting Note:
The 2009 Bauvallon, composed of 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Savuignon,
includes all of its sibling’s characteristics along with more aromatics, a more opaque purple color,
and middie-bodied, denser, richer fruit. It was cropped at 25 hectoliters per hectare versus the regular cuvee’s
30 hectoliters per hectare. It should drink now to 2016.
