The Selection Laurence Feraud Gigondas (65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre)
offers up classic Gigondas spice and cedar to go with a core of dark fruits, saddle leather and garrigue.
A medium to full-bodied effort that will flesh out with another year in bottle, it has outstanding character

The assembly is composed of four varieties: 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 3% Mourvedre and 2% Counoise.
 
Tasting Note:
This wine has a beautiful deep red color, with hints purple and blue.  Expressive nose with aromas of blackberry,
violet, jam of Acerola Berry (small apple), combined with spices.  The palate is very present, revealing a beautiful
structure with aromas of wild plum sauce, slightly milky notes, with flavors caramel with salted butter. 
This wine is very pleasant to drink now to 2016.

Agreement: Thinly duck with black fruit, sausage brioche apron of sapper,
lamb kidneys deglazed with raspberry vinegar.
