Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and destalked. They are crushed before going into stainless steel
vats where they are left to macerate and ferment with their skins. Throughout the whole of this process,
temperatures are carefully controlled to develop the complex aromas typical of the variety as well as richness
and soft round tannins. This wine is selected and controlled regularly by our winemakers.

Tasting Note:
An intensely fruity nose with blackcurrant aromas. A rich palate with velvety aromas of blackberries
and excellent structure. With cassoulet, venison, red meats and cheeses.   Drink Now to 2016.

A powerful nose with jammy aromas of red fruits with hints of spice. Soft and round on the palate,
