Any mix of 3+bottles - $290/b
(Market Price $580/b)

Tasting Note:
A superior Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) made from individually selected German Ortega
shrivelled with noble rot, i.e. "botrytized" grapes. Intense sweetness and rich flavor,
with a lot of caramel and honey bouquet, rock fruits note such as apricot and distinctive
aroma of the noble rot. A rich, balanced and complicated dessert wine.

Classification:
Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA), Prädikatswein

Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA), Prädikatswein is the top level of German wine
classification system. Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) are rare and expensive due
to the labor-intensive method of production, and the fact that very specific climatic
conditions (which do not necessarily occur every year) are required to create botrytized grapes.
Some of the best wines of this type are sold almost exclusively at the various German wine auctions.

Wine Information
he highest quality of German wines. Highly concentrated, sweet, fruity and very rare
Icewine is a speciality of German wine-growing. The grapes must be picked in a winter
night by hand at an outside temperature of -7 degree Celsius, so the part of water is frozen
in the grapes and only the sugar, the flavors and the extracts of the ripe and frozen grapes
get out during the pressing. Smell of ripe melons and also honey. Taste of sweet tropical
fruits like lychee, honey-melon and brown sugar.

Tasting Note:

This German Eiswein from Rheinhessen calls attention immediately with its yellow color with
golden shadow and its bouquet of honeyed date, beeswax and white flowers. The rich flavors
of ripe mango and pineapple are supported by medium acidity and a peppery aftertaste in its
medium-length finish. A great sweet wine to enjoy with blue cheese like
Roquefort and Fourme d'Ambert.

7. Weinhaus Kessler Riesling 2012
(Rheinhessen, Germany)
WM Rating: 93+ points

Any mix of 12+bottles - $98/b
(Market Price $198/b)

Tasting Note:
Riesling is a white wine with fruity character. Mild, light and fresh white wine with an
easy style and an expressive sweetness. The very low figure of acid makes it a good
partner with light and spicy seafood.

Made from first-rate Riesling grapes, this wine carries its light yellow color with golden
shadow like a badge of honor. The unique bouquet of straw, dried fruits and candied fruits
complements an off-dry taste characterized by a rich fruitiness of peach, pear and apple,
leading to a gentle, nutty finish. The wise would pair this proud German white with slightly
spicy food, such as Sichuan-style dishes.
