Information:
It's 100 years since a butcher from Dunolly Scotland staked his young family's future on
a patch of scrub on a Murray River bend at Karadoc in North West Victoria. Through hard work,
perseverance and on occasion the instinct to back themselves and take a risk; the Forbes family
have nurtured the Zilzie property into one of the largest family-owned vineyard and wineries in Australia.
Tasting Note:
2011 Cabernet Sauvignon pak deep wine color, black fruit aroma, such as black currants, ripe plums, etc.
Also wit mint, licorice, cocoa and other complex aroma. The wine is thick, sweet tannins,
concentrated black fruit flavors, chen kept by the barrel nearly 18 months, Level complex lingering finish.

Grape: 97% Shiraz, 3% Viognier with age in France & America Oak barrel 12 months
Tasting Note:
Selection of high-quality vineyard Shiraz Viognier grapes plus mixed fermentation,
Make wine more body and flavor harmony. 10-14 after the first fermentation then
press peeled, once again in the America and French secondary fermentation in casks,
in order to increase the complexity of flavor and texture, also contributed to
more alcohol and supple wine.
Zilzan Baronet XIII Shiraz a rich wine color Pak, spices prominent, plums, cherries, etc.,
but also with vanilla aroma barrel. Mellow wine with thick, fragrant ripe black berry clear,
cherry red fruit fruity and lively, Black pepper, spices and barrel at different levels,
structural balance strong, lingering finish, barrel taste significantly. Drink Now to 2020.
