明日之星 - Rocca di Frassinello (Lafite的神話), 希望介紹給各為愛酒之人。
法斯尼洛酒莊(Rocca di Frassinello)是波爾多五大堡之一的拉菲堡（Chateau Lafite Rothschild）
與義大利卡斯泰利堡酒莊（Castellare di Castellina）合作，在托斯卡尼所建立的酒莊，
其中的羅卡頂級精釀紅酒是該酒莊的頂級酒款。
這兩個義法頂級酒莊，將本身最出色的 (Italy Grape - Sangiovese)
及(Brodeaux Lafite Grape - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Shiraz)一起種植培育，
Domaines Barons de Rothschild酒莊釀酒師 Christan Le Sommer在Lafite Rothschild擔任 8年釀酒師
及在 Latour擔任 13年的總監。 他與Castellare酒莊的釀酒師Alessandro Cellai共同合作及研發Frassinello酒莊的酒款，

Tasting Note:
The single-vineyard Chianti Classico Riserva Il Poggiale is huge. Black fruit, smoke and licorice
are some of the notes that burst from the glass in this extroverted wine. The Poggiale is a bit juicier
and richer than the straight Riserva, but the two wines are as differentiated as they often are. Still,
it is impossible not to admire the sheer balance and harmony of what is in the glass.
The Poggiale is 90% Sangioveto, 5% Caniaolo and 5% Ciliegiolo, aged in French oak barrels, 10% new.

The 2010 Le Sughere di Frassinello bursts from the glass with an exciting melange of
sweet red cherries, herbs, licorice and tobacco. It shows lovely mid-palate depth in a medium-bodied,
sleek style supported by firm yet well-integrated tannins. The 2010 fleshes out nicely on the substantial finish.
Le Sughere is 50% Sangioveto, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. Drink Now to 2017.

亦於多位酒評家中得到很高的評分。 因採用波以多Ch. Lafite Rothschild 葡萄及意大利Sangioveto葡萄
結合加上Ch. Lafite Rothschild 廠經驗釀酒師 釀造後，放於法國木桶中存放 12個月。
色澤濃厚帶有香濃的黑莓果香，香草及咖啡味道，酒體豐厚圓潤結構平衡，餘韻悠長。

I was very impressed with the estate's top of the line 2006 Rocca di Frassinello both times I tasted it.
Super-ripe aromas lead to an attractive core of vibrant dark fruit, spices, minerals and sweet toasted oak,
all of which are framed by firm yet well-balanced tannins. This generous, inviting wine possesses tons of freshness
and terrific overall harmony, with pretty notes of sweetness on the long finish. Rocca di Frassinello is 60% Sangioveto,
20% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in French oak. The 2006 is the best vintage yet. Drink Now to 2018.

Rocca di Frassinello 剛開的時候不大明顯, 擺放大約2-3小時後。酒莊的突性開始明顯帶有Ch. Lafite Rothschild
酒莊的影子果香及花香味非常突出及濃厚，入口帶點微甜、Soft單寧 ，口味豐富，尾韻綿長。
讓酒體增加一種圓潤的口感。很適合牛扒類或中國菜(上海濃味的菜色)。
