Tasting Note:
2005 Cafol good concentration with a very long length of mouth, purple, deep and intense garnet.
Wild berries and ripe red fruit, with hints of leather, and light spices. The attack is powerful but finesse.
Small berries are expressed early in mouth before giving way to ripe red fruits, ending on otes spices and leather.
The tannic structure still present on this 2005 that melts in your mouth, to give a very nice long finish.
Drink Now to 2018.

Information:
"Indian Summer", without precipitation, gave us the opportunity to harvest extremely
healthy grapes to perfect maturity. The wines are concentrated, fruity, with good acidity, not unlike the
Solar character vintages 2009 and 2000. This wine is produced with the parcels within
the Clos a place called "The Stone."
The assembly is composed of four varieties: 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 3% Mourvedre and 2% Counoise.
Tasting Note:
This wine has a beautiful deep red color, with hints purple and blue. Expressive nose with aromas of blackberry,
violet, jam of Acerola Berry (small apple), combined with spices. The palate is very present, revealing a beautiful
structure with aromas of wild plum sauce, slightly milky notes, with flavors caramel with salted butter.
This wine is very pleasant to drink now to 2016.
Agreement: Thinly duck with black fruit, sausage brioche apron of sapper,
lamb kidneys deglazed with raspberry vinegar.

honeysuckle, and white peaches, full body, beautiful acidity, and impressive ripeness and length.
