Winemaker Notes:
Rene Mure and his children, Veronique and Thomas, represent the 11th and 12th generation
of vinegrowers in the family. In 1650, Michel Muré settled in Westhalten, near Rouffach and
began to grow vines. In 1935, Alfred Mure, Rene’s grand-father, managed to acquire the Clos
Saint Landelin, a 12-hectare-vineyard, that is still a monopole of the family.
The winemaking:
Slow fermentation and maturation on fine lees - Harvest : By hand in 20-kg-boxes - Date of harvest
: september 28th and 29th 2011- Yield : 55 hl / ha - Residual sugar : 42 grams / litre - Acidity in tartaric acid
: 4,80 grams / litre - Alcohol : 13.5 % / volume - Aging potential : until 2022
Tasting Notes:
The wine has a great yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is fine with aromas of rose
and exotic fruit. The mouth is rounded, with flavors of passion fruit and citrus. The final is smooth
and fresh. This wine can be enjoyed with foie gras, exotic cooking and cheeses like munster or
epoisses. Drink Now to 2022.

Tasting Note:
The estate is located in Rouffach, in the south of Alsace. High-density plantations,
biodynamic farming and respect of each terroir are the source of wines with a unique typicity.
This wine has a light yellow and brilliant color, with green tints. The nose of white peach and mandarin.
The mouth is silky and presents a beautiful freshness. It evokes pineapple, orange and bitterness of grapefruit.
A crisp, well-balanced wine. Drink Now to 2019. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with white meat.

Tasting Note:
Slow fermentation and aging on lees. Pressing of whole grapes, slow fermentation under
controlled temperatures, bottling with light filtration.
The color of the wine is pale yellow. His nose is fine, aromas of white fruits. His mouth is fresh,
with notes of lemon and white flowers. The wine has a nice acidity on the finish. Drink Now to 2016.
