人手收採葡萄後 馬上進入釀酒過程，以保持Pinot Noir 黑皮諾 的果香。其後於法國木桶陳存11 個月，
令酒體 增添口感.清透亮麗的寶石紅色酒體，散發優雅紅果香氣 紅莓，草莓，櫻桃等清甜味道四溢，
絲絲濃郁 氣息說明了泥土及木桶特性，令酒款層次更為 豐富，入口酒體柔滑，清新甜美的感覺久久不 散，
回味無窮, 可配魚類或白肉菜式，稍為冷藏適合夏日品嚐.
