Tasting Note:
Produced from the renown Clare Valley famous for its Rieslings and this is due to a continental
climate with huge temperature decrees a night which will slow the ripening and enhance the creation of flavors.
The vineyard is located in the Watervale area and mostly planted on limestone famous for his luscious Rieslings.
The Wolf 2009 is a dry Riesling, on the nose citrus fruits, lime, with a obvious minerality,
a delicate palate that continues with firm mineral and citrus like austerity.
Firm and long fruit flavors balanced with a long acid spine that finishes mouth-wateringly dry.

R.Parker (LPB) Tasting Note:
The 2012 The Wolf Riesling offers pretty floral notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom with
an exotic fruit undercurrent of pineapple and passion fruit. Light bodied, dry, crisp, and intense,
the forward flavors render it nicely balanced and approachable even at this early stage,
while the finish is long, nicely balanced and approachable now. Drink it now to 2020+.

Very deep purple-black color, the 2012 Angels' Share Shiraz shows of a classic McLaren Vale nose of
crushed blackberries, blueberry preserves and dark chocolate over touches of pepper, espresso and
cinnamon stick. Very full-bodied and generously fruited in the mouth, the abundant flesh is well framed by
medium to firm, velvety tannins and just enough acid, before finishing with great persistence and balance.
Drink it now to 2020+.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2011 Sexy Beast Cabernet Sauvignon is scented of violets,
pure cassis, chocolate and exotic spices with hints of cumin and cardamom. Medium to full-bodied
and taut in the mouth, it offers a medium level of finely grained tannins and lively acid supporting
the generous if slightly straightforward fruit flavors, finishing with good length. Drink it now to 2016+.

Medium to deep garnet colored, the 2011 Yesterday’s Hero Grenache has a beautiful white pepper nose
and lavender nose with an undercurrent of red fruits and spice box. It offers mouth-filling and wonderfully
bright fruit on the full bodied palate with a medium level of satiny tannins and lively acidity,
finishing very long and peppery. Drink it now to 2020.


5. Two Hands For Love Or Money Semillon 2008 (500ml)

Tasting Note:
This beautiful wine was made from Semillon grapes that have their canes cut when the
ideal flavor is attained, and are then left to slowly dehydrate on the vine.  Golden in color.
An intense perfumed nose of star jasmine, sweet musk and glace fruits. At first, a rush of
tropical fruits and a hint of sweet spice, these give way to dense stone fruit characters.  
The mouth feel is velvety then finishes like cool tea; with refreshing acidity and persistence.  
Drink Now to 2018.


6. Two Hands Brown and White Muscat NV (500ml)

Tasting Note:
Every year the fruit from the Brown and White Muscat (Frontignac) blocks is left to hang through
the course of the growing season, slowly allowing the flavors to concentrate and sugar to rise.
The fruit is processed and fortified with high quality neutral spirit and then matured in old oak.
Over time as the ‘angels’ share’ is taken from the barrels, the flavors and sugar concentrate over time.
Prior to bottling, parcels are selected and carefully blended, resulting in a wine of great complexity and length.
Some young material (5-10 years old) is used to give the wine vitality amongst the richness and power.
The wine has a Golden brown with some amber hues color, Lifted fresh raisins with some hints of
rich fruit cake and sweet spirit, intertwined with soft nutty rancio notes from extended maturation in old oak barrels.

The palate is intense yet soft with characters full of dried fruits and controlled rancio nuttiness.
The flavours and soft sweetness are mouth-coating and roll on, balanced by even and reassuring spirit,
good acid vibrancy and fine tannins.


7. Two Hands Brilliant Disguise Moscato 2012 (500ml)

The 2012 Brilliant Disguise Moscato has an enticing floral/grapey nose, revealing aromas of roses,
apricots and poached pears. Light bodied and at just 6.5% alcohol, it offers some sweetness in the mouth
but is not overly sweet as some Moscatos can be with a good frisky amount of spritz,
racy acid and a long finish. Drink it now.

Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Brave Faces Grenache Mataro Shiraz opens to
aromas of warm plums, kirsch and red currant jelly with hints of baking spices and milk chocolate.
The medium-bodied frame is filled out with plenty of soft and cuddly red berry and spice flavors,
a medium level of velvety tannins and enough acid to give lift though the long finish. Drink it now to 2018+. 


9. Two Hands Fly by Nighters Vintage Port 2007 (500ml)
Barossa Valley

Tasting Note:

Produced from 55% shiraz, 45% Tinta Amarella. Both blocks were picked and processed separately.
Fermentation must be watched like a hawk to catch it at the predetermined desired sugar level.
At this point the ferments were pressed to stainless tanks and fortified with aged 77% brandy spirit.
After trials the batches were then blended. 
 

Deep purple to the rim. The bouquet is young and lively with notes of spearmint, menthol,
red cherry, and aniseed and fig paste. The palate is loaded with dark berry fruit characters,
sweet but well restrained by excellent brandy spirit. Structure, balance and tannins are
harmonious and the wine has the potential to age gracefully in a dark cool cellar for many years before.

利用橡木桶發酵&熟成來釀造這些風格特異的葡萄酒，接著開始龐大工程的混釀，打造出堅若磐石的豪華風格。

這支BELLAVISTA FRANCIACORTA CUVEE BRUT NV雖是基本款，綿密且結構完整的氣泡、
撲鼻的小白花&西洋梨芳香，以及綿延不絕於舌的餘韻卻絲毫不基本，柏拉圖級的完美和諧。

葡萄種類：80% Chardonnay & 20% Pinot Nero + Pinot Bianco釀酒法：先於小橡木桶進行7個月的發酵&熟成；

The non-vintage Brut, is a blend of 80% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Bianco.
It exhibits a refined bouquet of yeasty bread, dried apricots, pear, and citrus. This wine,
which spent three years on its lees, is rich, fresh, medium-bodied, and long in the mouth,
with tiny pinpoint bubbles and a lot of frothiness.  Drink Now.

Disgorged in 2012, the 2006 Franciacorta Gran Cuvee Pas Opere Extra Brut shows focused tones

Soft elegance and aromatic complexity set the tone for this beautifully evolved sparker comprised

The flagship 2004 Cuvee Riserva Vittorio Moretti offers a myriad of aromas and flavors.
Smoke, ash, brioche and dried apricots come alive in the glass. Though initially quite expressive,
the wine turns much more intense and mineral-driven on the mid-palate and finish.
There is no shortage of personality here. It will be very interesting to see where the Vittorio Moretti,
named after the estate’s owner, goes from here. The Vittorio Moretti is roughly equal parts
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Drink Now to 2019.
