healthy grapes to perfect maturity. The wines are concentrated, fruity, with good acidity, good year
The assembly is composed of four varieties: 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 3% Mourvedre and 2% Counoise.
Tasting Note:
This wine has a beautiful deep red color, with hints purple and blue. Mid-palate richness and sweet tannin,
destemmed and with a small amount of carbonic maceration, it has pretty berry, licorice and herb aromas
and flavors to go with a lively, elegant and decidedly fresh palate. This wine is very pleasant to drink now to 2016.
Agreement: Thinly duck with black fruit, sausage brioche apron of sapper,
lamb kidneys deglazed with raspberry vinegar.
