葡萄酒爱好者都十分熟悉日本葡萄酒漫画《神之水滴》。其电视剧版的最后一集，
将位于波尔多丘弗朗区（Francs Côtes de Bordeaux）的勒庞酒庄
（Chateau Le Puy）2003年份誉为“神之水滴”*，
盛赞其“400年没有使用过一滴农药”，“是一款用最为自然的方法酿造出的、奇迹般的酒”
『神之雫』 這部漫畫仍連載中，尚未揭曉那一支紅酒是「神之雫」，但漫畫改編成日劇，
完結篇將法國波爾多的「Chateau le Puy 2003」定為「神之雫」。日劇播出後，這款紅酒大賣，
許多酒迷和漫畫迷猜測未來漫畫結局也可能將這支酒選為「神之雫」，讓這支紅酒暴紅。
甚至有日本酒迷專程坐飛機到法國，指名要買這支酒。酒莊主人阿莫候（Jean-Pierre Amoreau）
雖為自家產品熱賣驚喜，但也擔心價格被炒作哄抬，破壞愛酒人的樂趣，決定不再出口。
阿莫候表示，他希望將剩下的酒賣給真正喜愛紅酒的同好，而非趕流行的人或投資客
以下是日劇中關於神之雫的敘述:
『神之雫..是永恆之物 - 任世事更替亦不會動搖 - 那是無盡的遙遠之門的令一側 -
使所有使徒跟從 - 我現在打開了那道門 - 通向神的道路 - 跨越了長久的時間 -

Chateau le Puy - 傳承差不多400餘年。
酒莊位於法國聖達美利安 St. Emillion,屬於波爾多產區。
是右岸一個隱世的酒莊,細閱酒莊資料,知道酒莊採用Organic Method ,Bio Dynamic 等自然農法耕種,
不依靠現代化儀器的方便,只沿用傳統的釀酒方法,釀酒過程中亦不會加入人工酵母
及加糖,園內葡萄樹平均樹齡55年,根部最長70米長,平均丟棄其中30%,以追求完美的品質,
成熟後不經過濾按月缺時間裝瓶, (主人Amoreau 不透露是上弦月or下弦月-因為這是他們的商業機密)
採用最優質的水松軟木塞以人工以傳統的方法用蠟封密瓶口,只讓其天然地發酵;
更用超過五十年的陳年木桶,令酒味更加純樸天然,沒有將額外多餘的木桶及人工化的味道,
真正做到 Less is More 反璞歸真的原汁原味。在廿一世紀講求效率,包裝,市場,利字當頭的大洪流下,
這種我行我素,堅守傳統的執着,絕對是不可多得及值得尊敬。

Excellent wine of Bordeaux Corbieres
1. Chateau Vaugelas Cuvee Prestige 2011
Background:
Chateau Vaugelas, in Corbières, is a classic example of how outside expertise and
investment can benefit a property, and so a whole wine region. A domaine with some history,
Chateau Vaugelas has been the seat of the Bonfils family for five generations,
and they have tended vineyards filled with the traditional varieties of the south;
Grenache, Carignan and so on. There are 110 hectares in all, on argilo-limestone
soils mixed with some of the large galets otherwise found in Châteauneuf du Pape.
In 1996 the property saw some investment and renovation, and now boasts an
impressive cellar. Most significant has been the involvement of oenologist Robert Dejean
and Georges Pauli, technical director since 1990 at Chateau Gruaud Larose.
Grape: The wine blend of Carignan 30%, Syrah 30%, Grenache 30%
and Mourvedre 10%, aged in Franc oak 12 months.
Tasting Note:
A vibrant, richly coloured wine in the glass. Youthful, with a dense core. Lovely, fruit-driven nose,
which suggests a blend of the typical southern French varieties; cherry fruit, herbs and garrigue aromas.
On the palate it displays a pencil-lead fruit and a lean to medium body, but with juicy acidity and
a pleasing freshness. An approachable wine very typical of the south, and lovely with food.
Drink Now to 2018.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2012 Taylors Shiraz offers a nose of crushed blackcurrants,
black cherries and mulberries highlighted by hints of dried herbs, anise and pepper.
Medium-bodied, it has a good concentration of youthful blackberry flavors supported by medium level,
sweet tannins and lively acid before finishing long. Drink Now to 2018.

Tasting Note:
Produced from the shiraz plantings on the 340-ha estate
vineyards that date back to 1969,
the wine has a strong, healthy colour,
with a bouquet of black fruits, vanilla bean and touches of spice.

follows a medium- to full-bodied, mouthfilling palate, with oceans of black
fruits and well- integrated vanilla oak,
