In its inaugural year, the ULI Asia Pacific Summit is Asia's only multi-disciplinary forum for real estate thought leaders from Asia Pacific and around the world to meet and discuss critical issues facing our industry in Asia and abroad.

Designed to be forward looking, the two day summit will be a combination of key-notes, panel discussions, debates, and workshop's aimed at tackling some of the region's most challenging issues such as land use, sustainability, capital flows, mobility and planning, development and architecture design.

城市土地学会（ULI）将于今年举办首届亚太峰会，作为亚洲唯一的多领域房地产论坛，来自亚太及世界其他地区的业界领袖将齐聚一堂，探讨这一行业在亚洲及全球所面临的关键问题。

本届峰会注重前瞻性，将以主题演讲，小组讨论，辩论及研讨会等形式寻求解决本地区最突出的挑战，包括土地利用，可持续性，资本流动，灵活性，规划发展以及建筑设计。
