 This wine has a classic and very pure nose of juicy dark fruit with a pleasant biscuit character and a definite chalky undertone.

It is a broad and airy nose with good depth and resonance. With further airtime the individual components of the nose seem to become more pronounced, lifted up from their chalky background.
